This addendum will modify the contract to increase the total compensation by an additional $10,000.00, in order to cover an unanticipated increase in the necessity of services provided under the 2007-08 contracted year.

That the addendum to the contract between the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and the Florida Center for Child and Family Development, Inc. be approved as presented.
